You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. To initiate a return, contact us to provide your order number and reason for the return. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging for safe transit.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within seven business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
